Creative chef, highly familiar with Empordà cuisine. Enamoured with local, seasonal products. A great master of rice and of fresh fish dishes. Previously from Terrassa Terramar, he has directed kitchens such as the one at Hotel Restaurant Sa Punta and at Hotel Llafranc.

Joan runs the Terrassa Terramar Restaurant in Llafranc every day. His career has always been linked to the evolution and professional growth around Empordà’s gastronomic culture. New ideas in management, a deep knowledge of local cuisine and his curiosity about the world of wines, have made him become a key piece in the generational transformation that Terramar is experiencing.
