Cuina de l’Empordanet proposes a ‘Empordà Tasting Festival’ at Vívid 2022

The gastronomic collective Cuina de l’Empordanet participates in the Vívid 2022 program of activities. The Vívid is the DO Empordà wine festival and, every year, during the weekends in April, it offers a selection of the best wine tourism proposals that can be experienced on the Costa Brava.

Cuina de l’Empordanet is present this year with an initiative of dinners with food pairings called Festival de Tasts de l’Empordà. Each of these dinners will have six dishes (two starters, two mains and two desserts) made by six different restaurants of the collective which, at the same time, will be paired with six wines from six different DO Empordà cellars.

In this way, the dishes will leave the room accompanied by a single wine reference. Time after time, each chef and each winemaker will explain to diners their creations and justify the meaning of that specific pairing.

The Empordà Tasting Festival offers three dates: April 1 at the Es Portal restaurant in Pals, April 8 at the Aradi restaurant in Platja d’Aro and April 22 at the Terrassa Terramar restaurant in Llafranc .
