Chefs Blai Florensa (Aradi), Quim Casellas (Casamar) and Miguel García (Terramar) represented La Cuina de l’Empordanet at a promotional event organised by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board for the German market.
The event brought together travel journalists, tour operators and tourism businesses from the Girona region to showcase the tourism and gastronomy of the Costa Brava Girona destination. Following the destination presentation, guests enjoyed a lunch prepared by our chefs, featuring seasonal ingredients and dishes that reflect the culinary identity of our region.
Later in the day, business meetings between Costa Brava Girona tourism professionals and German travel agents helped strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for international promotion.
Guests also took part in a live showcooking, where the chefs demonstrated how to prepare one of the most iconic dishes of our cuisine: suquet, introducing the rich culinary traditions of Empordà to the German audience.
