The restaurant at Hotel Aigua Blava offers traditional Catalan cuisine, based on fresh, seasonal products, complemented with a broad, carefully selected choice of wines, in particular, those from the DO Empordà. The restaurant is on “El Paradís” property, on Fornells Beach in Begur. You will be able to enjoy an elegant space where you can contemplate the beautiful bay of Aiguablava.

Holidays from November to the end of March
The chef Lluís Ferrés applies creativity to combinations of flavours and textures based on traditional Catalan cuisine and everyday dishes. During his professional career, he has worked in kitchens throughout Spain and Europe, and has spent almost 20 years working in the kitchen at the Restaurant of Hotel Aigua Blava.
He starts in the room of the Aigua Blava Restaurant. From then, he goes around several restaurants of reference in Barcelona: Comerç 24, Saüc or Café Jaime Beriestain. He ends up returning to l’Aigua Blava, first as room second and currently as head.
