La Cuina de l’Empordanet, protagonist of Fòrum Gastronòmic

La Cuina de l’Empordanet has recently participated in the Gastronomic Forum Girona 2022 for a double game. On the one hand, it has been present among the workshops of the Territori de Girona kitchen area; on the other hand, he has brought the gastronomic part of the Damm and Perelada stands.

Espai Cuina Territori de Girona was the Forum’s proposal so that restaurateurs from Girona’s regions could offer demonstrations working with products with the Girona Excellent seal of quality. In the case of Empordanet Cuisine, the restaurants that have offered sessions have been Es Portal and Casamar, which have shown the public how they worked with products such as Nut gin, Gerisena, Espolla and Vinyes dels Aspres wines, Molí de Pals rice, Cornellà coffee, Collverd fatty liver and Callol Serrats anchovies.

Meanwhile, the collective has also taken over the gastronomic offer of the Damm and Perelada spaces at the Gastronomic Forum. For the proposal of the beer brand, the restaurants Saó, Casamar and Diferent have devised four different tastings. In total, more than 3,000 units have been used. As for the Empordà winery, the gastronomic collective has prepared three different tapas for them.
