PLA, DISH BY DISH

A campaign held to celebrate the centenary of the birth of the Palafrugell author Josep Pla (1897-1997), the author who wrote the most and the best about our local cuisine and, in particular, that of the Baix Empordà region.

For Pla, dish by dish, the restaurants of the Cuina de l’Empordanet designed a programme for the whole year, with a varied offer of menus, which changed each season, exclusively based on the dishes and products that Josep Pla mentioned in his book El que hem menjat
