The Diferent Restaurant is currently managed by the siblings Marc and Laia Caner, the fourth generation of a family with a full gastronomic vocation in Begur. Both have a high level of professional record and experience in prestigious restaurants. They propose an art cuisine that combines tradition, modernity, creativity and new technologies in order to make possible different experiences on our palate through quality and proximity products.
Closed on Mondays all day and Tuesday at noon

Born in Begur, he represents the fourth generation of a family of restaurateurs. From an early age he played between the stoves. After a season away from the hospitality industry, he decided to return and study at the Girona School of Hospitality and Tourism. After visiting restaurants such as Casamar or Tickets, among others, he decides to open his own business, the Different restaurant. Finally, after 5 years, the restaurant moves to the usual family restaurant.
Like his brother, he is from the fourth generation of a family of restaurateurs. Raised among canteens, she studied the sommelier course at the EHT in Girona. Once finished, a journey begins that takes her to El Bulli, Tickets, 41º, Malcontenta, La Calèndula, or Mas de Torrent, among others. In the end he ends up in the Different restaurant project and taking the family business forward.
