At the age of 15 he started at the School of Catering in Madrid. When he finished studying he decided to get experience beyond the family business and started a long route through different restaurants in Catalonia, France and England. He has currently been at the head of the kitchen in Hotel Llevant for more than 20 years, offering traditional cuisine with touches of modernity.
He moved to Madrid at the age of 15 to start studying at the School of Catering in Madrid. When he finished the course, he moved to Barcelona to study at the CETT (University of Barcelona’s Tourism, Catering and Gastronomy Campus). Like his brother, he gained experience in the hotel sector by working in several hotels such as the Barcelona Ritz and the Gleneagles in Scotland. He has 30 years of experience behind him as dining room manager at Hotel Llevant.
