Vicenç Fajardo, a chef with a very open mind who often reflects on his dishes. Cooking has no limits for him. He started working in kitchens when he was very small and living in Australia, and when returning to his homeland, he brought his passion for cooking back with him. He is the current president of the collective La Cuina de l'Empordanet.
Mònica and Vicenç form the tandem that lead the restaurant. Trained by the Jesuits of Sarria and with work experience in restaurants all over Catalonia and Europe, she is also the restaurant sommelier. She personally chooses each of the wines from the extensive wine list they have.
