He serves dynamic, creative Mediterranean cuisine using local products. Head chef at Resort La Costa since 2013. Trained at the School of Catering in Girona, he has worked at several kitchens such as Restaurant Les Panolles (Sta.Cristina), Hotel Sa Punta (Begur), Espai Verd (La Bisbal d’Empordà), Mas de Torrent (Torrent) as well as running his own tapas restaurant “EL Tastet” (Begur). He extended his experience in other countries thanks to working stays at the Hilton in Shinjuku (Tokyo), Hotel Le Grand Ecuyer (France) and Hotel Hirschen (Germany).
More than 20 years’ broad experience in hostelry. He has enjoyed work stays at Restaurant Drolma and in several hotels in England where he extended his knowledge and experience in dining room service as well as mastering the language, which has enabled him to grow and improve. He is currently working as the Dining Room Manager at La Costa Golf & Beach Resort, where he has been for more than 15 years.
