Restaurant La Calèndula is housed in the former theatre of the mediaeval village of Regencós, next to the Hotel del Teatre, in the heart of the Costa Brava, in the midst of nature, between the sea and the mountains. This is where the chef Iolanda Bustos has just moved the restaurant, after six years of functioning in Girona. In the kitchen, she and her team interpret the best local products with creativity and distinction, using herbs, flowers, roots and wild fruit that the chef herself harvests and grows, to be able to give each dish its own landscape. There is also a large collection of wines, with a careful selection of local and Catalan wines.
