Having trained at the School of Catering and Tourism in Sant Pol de Mar, he has been linked to the kitchens of the two family establishments since he was very young. He has been the chief chef at Restaurant Roser 2 since 2001. He has participated in various seminars and congresses, promoting his land and cuisine all over the country, as well as abroad. He prepares cuisine with Empordà roots, with the greatest respect for the product. Also open to new techniques and trends, he delves into the traditional Empordà recipe books to give the dishes his own touch, serving personalised fishermen's style dishes that take into account the changes of season.

He is also a member of the Catalan Association of Sommeliers (ACS) and an official taster at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (CMB).
